As a little girl I was completely obsessed with making beaded bracelets and necklaces. I could spend hours fiddling around, making bracelets for my girlfriends. After high school I considered going to a specialized institute for goldsmiths, but in the end I decided to attend the the Amsterdam Fashion Institute for a more allround fashion education. But I never lost my love for all things bright and sparkly!

This weekend I bought my first bracelet of New York based jewelry designer Pamela Love. I super much love her style. She makes one of a kind iconic pieces that are usually very chunky. I adore statement jewelry but I’d rather invest in more wearable and easy to match pieces. That’s why this bangle makes my heart skip a beat.
