Well, hello December! With the holiday season just around the corner, I am slowly starting to think about my festive outfits and of course my accessories.

Last week I received the perfectly festive Tremolite earrings by Laurie Fleming. These are true statement pieces, but definitely classy and perfect for Christmas and NYE, combining Swarovski crystals with rose gold plating. You can get them with a regular post back (to go through pierced ears) or with clip-on backs. I chose the earclips and the best thing about them is that you can easily wear them as ear-cuffs and yet no piercing is required. It’s fantastic for girls that don’t have piercings (yet).

I love a statement look but when it comes to wearing ear-cuffs, I feel it’s best to only wear them on one ear. Wearing large size statement cuffs on both ears can make you look a bit like an elf. I like the asymetric look and you can simply wear any small style earring on the other earlobe such as a chic stud or a single delicate diamond.
