NEW CHAPTERS: THE BIG MOVE

I feel a bit guilty for abandoning my blog for a while, mostly due to the fact that I’ve been traveling a ton lately with little time to catch my breath. But it’s also because I have no internet yet at my new house (don’t even get me started on that one).

It has been quite a hectic summer; I was constantly on the move and at the same time hunting for a new apartment and… for my very first office! I can’t say that living out of a suitcase for weeks on end without internet was fun, considering I’m usually glued to my laptop and phone. But I’m almost settled now and I’m back online, moving my life into a new and exciting direction and I couldn’t be happier!

After seeing lots of apartments we finally found our dream place. We took these pictures on the first morning after we moved into the new house. Waking up in the middle of the city centre, but still so quiet! It felt like the perfect morning.

The house is still in the process of decoration (which is a nice way of describing a state of utter chaos) and I constantly change what I want, or what I think I want. I found myself scouring interior websites and getting lost in Pinterest all the time. But I’ll be sure to update you once it is finished.

And I’m super-excited about my very first office! It is a very cute, and actually quite spacious working studio, with lots and lots of windows. I pinch myself, because sometimes I still can’t believe it. So no more home office hours at the dining room table (ok, or in bed…) but finally a place where I can concentrate and create more content for you guys! Yeeah!
